Telephone number or e-mail address (in case I have a problem with your order and need to contact you). An e-mail address is better if you want me to confirm that I received your order.

Add any additional information you need here (specify reed thickness, block color and thickness, and the model of the call for which call you are ordering the accessories.)  Also type in here any "special" that is  mentioned on the "New Products" or "Bulletin Board" page. We will price accordingly.

Credit Card CVV Code               This must be the last three digits found on the back of a Visa or MasterCard, not the four digits before that!

CVV Code Explanation

For your safety and security, we require that you enter your card verification number, if one is available. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number (see below)*. American Express and Discover Cards may have 4 digit code in the front of the card.   Without CVV code we will be unable to process your order The cardholding bank will indicate if the code exists on the card and if it matches what was entered. Failure to enter the code correctly is sufficient reason to block the order.
